The Wild Boar At Crook
This year I am pleased to announce I will be spending the all of Christmas and New Years Eve up at The Wild Boar At Crook.This is a very traditional Inn set just outside Windermere up in The Lake District. We are having party nights every Friday and Saturday night in December plus New Years Eve.

Having seen and tasted the food at The Wild Boar it really is going to be a fabulous time up there. Also over night accommodation is available if you want to give yourselves an early Christmas present.

Most of the rooms have been modified to a very high standard…some have their own fires in…some even have their own Copper baths. This place really does have a WOW factor about it!
The Bar at The Wild Boar
My favourite bit of The Wild Boar is the bar….it serves plenty of real ale (careful of Moonraker if its on…2 pints and your gone!), you can have a bat of beer which is a taster of three ales served on a cricket bat! Or if your a fine Whiskey drinker like me ,they have over 60 different whiskeys too go at. The Wild Boar actually offers whiskey tasting evenings as well as clay pigeon shooting.

At the back of the Wild Boar it has its own 6 acre wood complete with a tarn, maps are available for walkers or you can book someone too take you out for a good old Sunday morning walk. Dogs are also welcome at The Wild Boar and can stay over night but there is a charge for that.
